Five Island

This Gose Style beer pours pale yellow with a pillowy white head.  Mouth feel is light to medium. Up front tart from the kettle souring; gives way to a sharpness from the salt and then ending with a crisp, clean, dry finish.  Enjoy this with BBQ or sea food.
