The beer pours a bright cherry pink with fluffy pinkish white head; that dissipates quickly leaving delicate bubbles. The mouth feel is light and effervescent. Hints of apricot and peach support the huge cherry citrus up front flavours. The beer is not just sour; it has a tartness from the cherries that still allow the floral notes from the wine and the oak barrel to play a role. The beer finishes dry from the Brett picked up in the barrel, with soft lingering fruit… Good Day Sunshine
