Chardonnay Barrel Aged Blended Saison
This beer is a blend of Grassy Bay Saison and Summer Solstice Pale Ale. The mouth feel is medium bodied. The beer pours a golden hue with a fat sticky white head that hangs on for ever. The nose is spicy with clove and lush lemon. Flavours of stone fruit, clove, banana, floral wine, citrus and tropical fruit; balanced with hoppy but not bitter finish. There is so much happening that its almost impossible to describe this SILVER MEDAL WINNER 2017 ONTARIO BREWERS AWARDS .
